Theseus 1
Theseus is a transformative series of artworks that began as drawings from an undergraduate class in 2009. Named after the Ship of Theseus—a philosophical question about identity—they examine change, preservation, and the ongoing nature of artistic practice. Rediscovered and reimagined, the original drawings were cut into small squares and linked together with jump rings, creating fluid, chain-like structures. No longer confined to flat forms, they now fold, bend, and drape across objects, forming three-dimensional, undulating pieces.
